Again, it's been a while & growing enormously fat is my excuse. I am massive. Shouldn't stop me from a blog update in theory but I deserve to use it as an excuse frankly - there has to be an upside to blowing up like a puffy whale, waddling like a duck and DREADING catching a glimpse of myself on skype. Skype is not a good thing for pregnant swollen faces.
Anyway - it's been a lovely weekend so far. Al came home from Houston late Friday and we had a relaxed Saturday in cold but increasingly sunny NY air. Binah's birthday party and a quick trip to see Laura Weller, her lovely kids & her lovely mum.
Today was really fun also - we hired a car and drove up to the North Fork of Long Island. It's about 2 hours away from NYC, and we've hired a house there for the month of July. So we checked it out today, had a walk on the beach, ate some lunch etc. Seems like a nice little town, lots of seafood for Al, lots of wineries for me & lots of ice cream for Ruby. So I think we'll all be happy. We have tomorrow off as well and we're thinking brunch somewhere & potentially central park with Armand, Pamela & little Lyla.
Not a wild update...but that's our latest anyway. Px
